Saint-Gobain Furon® K275 Thermal Kapton® Tape
Subcategory: Adhesive; Tape; Thermoplastic
Material Notes: Description: A 1 mil thermally conductive Kapton® film, coated on both sides with 2 mils of thermally-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive. Recommended uses: Excellent for use in small, compact environments where electrical conductivity of interface material can pose a threat. Application Advantages: - Kapton (MT) provides excellent dielectric strength while minimizing thermal resistance
- High peel strength adhesion to minimize air entrapment
- Material can be pre-attached to a heat sink or CPU
- Adverse effects of surface roughness are minimized through a highly conformable pressure-sensitive adhesive
- Flame Retardant version available
- Available in slit-rolls or die-cut shapes
All data based on a 0.0045 inch test sample. Information provided by Saint Gobain Performance Products.
